Bar in a Box

Technology being what it is, you can install our systems, by yourself. We provide system kits, ready for anyone with basic homeowner skills and a web connection. Call a few buddies and make it a party.

Additional features such as scheduled reporting, autoarchive, and networking modules are available.


Bottle Guardians
  • Each “Bottle Guardian in a Box” kit includes the console with activator coil, power supply, coil hanger, pre-opener, and software for PC/POS/ECR interface.
  • Simple text editing set up, serial connection to PC’s and ECR/POS systems.
  • We can preprogram for you, or support you via a web connection.
There are two versions of the Bottle Guardian:

Brand-ID: comes with RFID spout for bottle identification.

7 Group: comes with ringed spouts for bottle identification.

Both of these units can be used as a standalone or in a networked group, and can also be hooked up to a roll printer.

These units, as well as all of our other systems, can be monitored or configured via a web connection.


Draft Control
  • “4 by 4”, our best value for draft monitoring. Simple portion counter for simply efficient control.
  • Protects up to four taps.
  • Draft Guardian tracks usage to the fraction of an ounce, reporting exact amounts for each tap, and creating a full audit trail of records.

Liquor Guns

Liquor gun dispensing systems are based around a “station kit”. Which is the gun and enclosure in a remote area and pumps are used to move the product to the bars.

There are many variables to configuring a complete system, all within the abilities of the tavern handyman.
Our entry level station kits operates as standalone systems, with smart mechanical counter capability.
Our premium station kit includes all forms of PC interface with networking capabilities
