Accurate and timely reporting and reconciliation of Sales to Usage is the key to success.  All our systems have the ability to deliver reports, in several ways, to ensure you get the management tools you need to prosper.

You can monitor and report, for every liquor brand or draft tap, sorted into revenue centers or individual bars,  Values reported includes volumes dispensed, by activity of brand and portion sizes, revenues, or costs.  With a few simple keystrokes you can tune the report to delivery exactly what you want..

Reports can be captured several ways.  Individual stations report via the front panel display, through a serial printer, or to a PC.  Once linked Scheduled Reports are available, taken at present times of the day.   Auto Archive stores them to your PC with a time/date file name.  Full recording keeping for audit purposes.

Using Pour Controls to interface to your POS system gives you "To The Second" awareness.  For the operator demanding full control our Real Time Reporting is the way to go.

For the smaller operations, manual reconciliation worksheets are supplied, no need for a PC.  With a simple upward migration path you can add features as you choose.
